In the current practice of art talent cultivation,the author observes that the impact of digital-intelliget technology on art education in the digital and intelligent era has advanced from tool-level improvement to paradigm-level iteration.Generative artificial intelligence has shifted from a passive executive tool to a collaborator in creation,exposing the traditional paradigm of art talent cultivation,characterized by the transmission of technical skills,to systemic challenges.This paper explores the establishment of a new paradigm centered on a four-dimensional competency structure:grounded in humanistic foundations,empowered by intelligent technology,centered on critical thinking,and guided by value judgment.It further follows the three levels of structure,collaboration,and mechanism,which together form a workable and continuously updated system of talent cultivation.Drawing on the experience of leading international institutions and taking the"General Education Reform"at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts as its practical basis,the paper explores a new pathway through which art talent cultivation advances from paradigm iteration to systemic reconstruction and further fosters an ecosystem of art education.
